Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My wife and I were given a car while we had our Acura repaired. The repair turned in to a six-week debacle. Unfortunately, there were mixed messages from Acura about paying for the cost of the insurance on the rental. When we picked up the car Acura told us they were covering the full cost. But they didn't. Although I took the issue up with Acura, they didn't do anything to remedy the situation. However, Jason and Janine at Enterprise did. To the few who have given some low ratings, I've got a suggestion. Talk to them. They're willing to listen and do the right thing. I definitely recommend them.

The Pickering store has the most friendliest and professional staff I have ever dealt with. We where going to the States for the long weekend and were in a bind. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were still able to go on our trip. When we arrived earlier to pick up the rental, I spoke to Kyle and he gave us a choice of vehicle which would accommodate us the best. They showed us everything about the vehicle and made sure we where happy.
I highly recommend Pickering Enterprise for all your rental needs, affordable and very accommodating.

Fantastic customer service at this location, staff really does everything to make renting a car easy. The cars are always clean and in good condition.

I rented from this place for the first time. It was a good decision. They have friendly and professional customer service. Overall transaction was very smooth. Pickup and drop off service is awesome. Will definitely rent from here again next time.
