The store staff was very helpful in assisting me with which model would work well for not only each room's size but to blend with my decor. I am always getting compliments and with the beautiful mantles, most guests can't believe they are electric. Great product and awesome service!

I had 2 wood fireplaces that needed inserts and went with 1, then the other. I'm very pleased with the outcome. These guys know their fireplaces and offer excellent selection and pricing.
