“I called because I got a flat tire on my bike that looked worse than I could fix. Paul answered and told me to bring it by and he'd take a look. He said it may or may not need a tire and he'd let me know later that day. If it needed a tire it would require a few days to source, as everything is in high demand at this time. Luckily, it didn't need a new tire, just a tube! He was able to get it back to me the next day and I rode it home with so much joy! Reasonably priced, quick, and good work. Thanks, Paul!”

If my grandchildren lived near I could see them sitting on the floor while I would be on the rocker reading one of the many books. Add volunteer staff who are very friendly.”

The girl at the register was very kind to check if it was available in other location and found one in a store located 2 hrs from Oshawa. I ask if they could ship it to me but the service wasn't available. When I asked to talk to the store manager, he wasn't working that evening but he called me next day to offer his help. I was very impressed and very satisfied the way it was handle from the beginning. The manager Steve, went over and beyond his service and I received the jacket in the mail in 7 days. “Awesome shop, staff very friendly and helpful! Bought a Trek Marlin 5 a few months back and happy with the bike. Gave it a good clean after some winter riding and noticed the front derailleur needed a slight adjustment. Tried to do it my self and couldn't get it right so decided to let the pros have at it. The shop was busy but they made time for me right away, got the bike sorted and tuned, and I was out in under 30min free of charge. What more can you ask! Go visit this little hidden gem of a shop in south Ajax.”
