I had the pleasure of dealing with Grant Armstrong. He was a pleasure and went out of his way to accommodate me when I found out my order was not available and I may not be receiving it until November. Grant found me a similar item and arranged to have it shipped out on the next available transport. I would highly recommend working with Grant because he cares about making you happy; he listens; he reacts quickly; and he is very friendly and patient.

Our new freezer arrived yesterday. The whole customer experience was exceptional. The complete process went like clockwork. We were contacted twice before the actual delivery, and the delivery time estimate we were given was absolutely accurate. The delivery men were very careful and the whole process was flawless. Thank you very much.

My experience at this store was very good. Whatever brand and style you asked, they have it. But the most important part of my experience was the knowledge of the sales rep, Khalid Nur.
He knows everything about appliances. He'll give you "heads up" on everything.
I was going to buy from the gentleman, but they wouldn't deliver where I'm going.

My husband and I went appliances hunting for a new home, and we thought it would be a long day. We started at Tasco. We were lucky. Huge selection of brands and models on display. The place is spotless, not to mention their customer washroom, it was immaculate. We were assisted by Mark Wesgate, who addressed us professionally, the way it should be. He had a solid knowledge of the products, which made so much easier the selection process. At the end of the visit we felt we had enough information. We visited another couple places, nothing compares. We went back to Mark, rechecked all the selection and actually made our final decision, on another brand we were not even considering. NEVER EVER PUSHING HIS SALE. Thank you Mark for making of this experience an enjoyable one and thank you Tasco for such organized and professional showroom and we'll trained sales staff, and competitive prices and deals.
