I was greeted, she then gave me space as I looked around. I was looking at the Mercer's but they were not what I was looking for, but then she came back and asked if I needed any help with anything. She showed me items in my price range (unlike Birks in the same mall who showed me something 7x the price of what I could afford...) I felt like I was being assisted by a friend vs a sales person. She made the entire experience more enjoyable than I had expected. She even remembered my name when I came back several hours later!
