Being in school part time with full time work is hard to stay motivated but these classes make me want to go. Im excited for my journey to loose 20 pounds within the next few months. Yay!

The selection of classes are amazing and the line up of instructors are the best I've seen - they are energetic, inspiring, helpful and clearly practice what they preach!
It's very easy to become an Oxygen Addict once you join....
