Craig is a delight to work with and helped me with many of my questions and gave great tips for me including painting the baseboards as well. Looking forward to painting the bathrooms in Peignoir next. For a first time home buyer I did not get the help from any other paint store in the Burlington area like I did with Farrow and Ball and it was a relief to finally find paint samples that I liked. Warm, inviting, and refined paint choices. I love that there aren’t hundreds of colours to choose from as well... definitely recommend F&B. I had 1 large carpet that was 15 years old and had a lot of use between general wear and tear and dogs and a puppy...Amir was able.to fully restore it to perfection and no odor at all. The smaller carpet was very old and needed restoration as well as cleaning and.looks perfect now. The price was extremely fair and the service excellent. “Needed a set screw for door handle. Home Depot did not carry, advised me to go to Oakville Appliances. It's next to impossible to order these screws so they used an old handle they had stored and gave me the screw I needed. I would recommend any place that goes above and beyond to service a customer. They didn't even charge me for it! A community based organization seeking to help you is 5 star to me!!”

“I moved to the area recently and was very pleased to find JYSK. I was unaware of it until now. It has a wide variety of items and isn't so expansive that it is overwhelming. It offers great value and quality for your money. I have purchased two pieces of furniture which were exactly what I was looking for. They were easy to assemble and they look great in my new place. However what will make me keep going back is the service I received from the manager Andrew and team member Greg. They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and quick to help me with my requests. Actually they went above and beyond to see how they could have a piece quickly delivered from another store. I didn't expect them to take the additional steps, but they did without hesitation. They took the time to explain the process to assemble it as well just to ensure that I was 'good to go'. They remembered me when I returned at a later date and made it a point to ask if I needed anything else. I really enjoyed meeting them and was extremely impressed that they made me feel comfortable bringing my dog Benny to the store. He loved the attention from them. I deliver customer service training sessions for a living...I will be able to use them as stellar examples in future training sessions of mine. It was a pleasure to experience this level of service. “Earlier this year, I decided to completely gut my recently purchased condo. Although the condo was only three years old, I wanted to make it my dream home and Kamal Moshg helped me realize my dream. In fact, the finished product far exceeded even my vision. I interviewed 5 kitchen/bath designers before meeting Kamal. I just didn’t connect with any of the others. I knew immediately that Kamal would oversee every detail of the project and he did just that. No detail was forgotten. He took my ideas for design and made them happen. He cautioned me when he believed that something wouldn’t work but he always found a better way. He was present for every step of the installation process and even consulted on my choices of countertops to make sure that I understood the pros and cons of each material. Kamal is a very smart man and also a very nice man. You will not go wrong with Kamal and Parand Design. I agree with an earlier reviewer – if I could give him a 10, I wouldn’t hesitate!!!”

“We had three flights of exterior stairs that had to be replaced. I had been pleased with service at the Techville store, so when I saw the flyer for Techville Construction I decided to contact them. The project is now completed. Denesh worked to help reduce cost. Paul and Giovanni were great to work with. Workmanship was very good. We were notified of minor delays in advance. Good clean up. They made sure our gate was closed so the dog didn't get out. A really good experience. I have recommended them to others.”
