“As with brick and mortar retail customer service is essentially everything and this Reitmans location has that. I would be hard pressed to say I’ve experienced better customer service at any other clothing retail location. Experienced pressure-free and helpful staff make the shopping experience a breeze at this location. Clothing size and stile exchanges are handled efficiently and politely by the staff working here. Being able to order in-store an item that may not currently be in stock and then have it delivered to your home a plus.”

“I like this location and the staff is relatively friendly. I have noticed quite a turn over, and miss some of the regular ladies that were working at this location before. I find that my issue is more with the variety and quality of clothing, and that is not location specific. Since there are more shopping options now for plus size clothing, I find myself shopping at Addition Elle less and less.”
