She's the sweetest person and her experience shows with the way she does nails, I get the biogel and sometimes extensions because my nail beds are so small. She always makes them very even and has mimicked any design I've brought her. The salon itself is gorgeous and reasonably priced I did a Mani + bio gel full set with one colour + pedicure for 115+ tax. Much better than other places I've gone too.”

I love the little details added to make customers feel much more comfortable and better like providing a stress ball, or their soft relaxing music in the background or even their elegant and refreshing decor. I did 6 sessions of both underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal and they made sure I felt okay and comfortable all the time. Also, I have PCOS so my menstruation is very unpredictable which means sometimes I’d wake up with my time of the month and would have to reschedule last minute and they were always always always very understanding, and I am very appreciative of that. “Very disappointed with todays service. I had the older lady and showed her a picture of what i wanted. First, one of the colors on my nail is nowhere close to what i wanted. Second, the design is all smeared and i told her to take it off but she was doing what she wanted and gave me one anyway. Third, told her i want short nails but again she was doing what she wanted and said short nails dont look good and left me with long nails. Now i have to get my nails re-done. Not a good service at all, very disappointed. **** UPDATE Changing my rating from 1star to 5 star. Happy the owner reached out and i got my nails re-done. Ask for Helen, she does a great job!”

They gave me a heads up over the phone that I’d have to show vaccination proof + ID, which to be honest was a big draw to going into the salon today. Felt happy and safe being in a spa environment that only had other vaccinated individuals. I received my shellac mani and pedi from Tiffany who was lovely.
