We met Chris at the Niagara home show and asked him some questions regarding a backup sump pump. Chris came to our home and assessed what needed to be done. He was very courteous and professional. The work has been completed and would 100% recommend Acumen Plumbing without any hesitation.

When we chose Chris, we chose right!! Acumen gets a five star from me. Chris was professional yet friendly and he took the time to explain all that he was going to do before the install and after. When he was installing my new AC, he noticed my outside hose had a slow drip. He must carry spares around in his truck because he replaced the old dripping valve with a new one!! No more drips and a brand new AC!! He's up front and HONEST. That's what you want. When I need a new furnace, I won't be calling anyone else for quotes, i will be calling Chris.
