Good place to get bugs to keep harmful insects from your garden

This is an update to my previous review. I have added stars as I just recieved a phone call from the company owner who very patiently listened to me recount my experience. He admitted that his company dropped the ball when I started having issues with my preying mantis egg case. He took full responsibility for the mistakes and is doing everything he can to now correct the issues as he has found out about them. I told him I was very aware that nature doesn't always work and that I get that, but it was the lack of customer service that had me frustrated. He has said that in light of this experience he is going to put safe guards in place to ensure it doesn't happen again. At this point the customer service has improved.

I ordered a preying mantis egg case as a science experience for my day home, it arrived mid March with a tag that said hatching will occur in 1 to 8 weeks. At 8 weeks I called as ot had not hatched and was told to wait two more weeks as they seemed to be taking a bit longer to hatch this year due to the cooler spring. Two weeks later I called again and it took 3 phone calls one a day before I could get to talk to anyone other than the receptionist, as the person whom I needed to talk to wasn't returning any of my calls. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me again to wait another 2 weeks to hit the 12 week mark and if they hadn't hatched they would send me out a replacement right away. I emailed the lady today about getting it replaced and got an email back saying that they are now sold out and they will replace it next year in the spring. I am SUPER unimpressed. I should have ordered my own replacement from homedepot before they ran out of stock and paid for a new case as I now have very upset kids who don't get to see their project through to completion.

They’re customer service is fantastic, and the product we got actually worked on the oesky carpenter ants!

Friendly ,knowledgeable staff that answered all my question about lawn care.
Have kids and dogs and was using chemicals,spraying my lawns to take care of them.
Anyhow,I just learned about nematodes and natural way to take care of lawns.
My lawns look better than ever !
Bonus ,no chemicals being used on lawn that my kids play on.
