I was fortunate indeed to have found JW Furness. During the weekend on a cold winter day I had the misfortune to have no heat. They quickly responded. Steve thoroughly examined my boiler and resolved the issues promptly. Took the time to explain the problems, answered all my questions without hesitation. Owning my business over 15 years I've dealt with a number of companies and by far JW Furness is the tops! Rates are very reasonable. Steve & team installed my new furnace and water heater in October with very little inconvenience to me. Although they came up against a few 'hurdles', they managed to get the job done within the expected time frame, and maintained a sense of humour to boot! During the recent blizzard and deep freeze, something popped up on my new thermostat that concerned me, and I called Steve after hours in a panic. Who wants to lose heat when it's minus 30?? Steve got back to me within 5 minutes, and said he was on another emergency call but would be by when that was complete. During that time, I managed to locate the issue in my manual, and felt all was well. I let Steve know not to bother, but he insisted on stopping by in the massive blizzard to make sure everything was a-ok. I was so impressed and GRATEFUL. What a relief to be able to sleep with peace of mind during the long, frigid night. Thank you Steve and team for incredible and dedicated service - it is so appreciated. I am a loyal customer!
