“Thank you to Ms. Macsai PTA and Ms. Van Dieten RPhT, physiotherapy department DMH who while on their lunch break at the parkway near Southside Restaurant, came to my aid. Without their intervention I do not know what I would have done until the ambulance arrived to stabilize my fractured femur before transporting me to the Greater Niagara Hospital. They are stellar representatives of the Douglas Memorial hospital and I cannot thank them enough.”

“I just got new hearing aids and I always think they're all they're always good better than the last pair but this new pair basically does the same as the last pair except no batteries and it has Bluetooth and the Bluetooth has extra features that I cannot access unless I have a high-end phone to go with it and it has to be in Android 10 or higher so basically I'm just saving the batteries and I got Bluetooth doesn't do nothing the only thing that does to my phone is it checks the battery level and I can turn them up and down I get a remote so same thing but I'm always impressed with him”

“Understandable that the phone is always busy. My spouse and I have had excellent care from Dr. Ephrat, even had him do a house call for my husband who has more serious issues than me. During COVID, he called us a few times to follow up on our questions. Thank you, Dr. Ephrat. As for Dr. Marchi, when Dr. Ephrat was unavailable, he called me from home as he was self-isolating due to exposure to someone with Covid symptoms and advised me on what to do next and even started me on some meds. Thank you, Dr. Marchi. So yeah, for those that complain about the phone, that is not a reflection on the doctors. It is a busy place.”
