“I can't say enough great things about this beautiful course. Very well maintained, the driving range, practice greens and chipping areas are amazing. Staff was all friendly and helpful. The course was a pleasure to play, tough and a bit long, but well thought out. Tees and greens were immaculate. Greens were fast and had alot of character. “What could have been a flopped 10th anniversary wine tour was saved by Dave. The bus didn’t pick us up so without delay Dave jumped up and drove us 25 minutes to the winery to meet up with the tour. It was all in all a fantastic time and the room was lovely. The breakfast was so tasty. It was a great night. Thank you guys!!!”

“People working the desk were friendly and helpful. Decent and clean hotel. Bathroom was clean with nice, hot water. Never got up early enough for the breakfast. The hotel is a couple of miles from the falls and falls attractions. We had a rental car, so that was okay. They charge extra for a refrigerator, which is strange by American standards but seems fairly normal in Canada. There was no microwave available for the room. The WiFi never worked for us but our phones work in Canada anyway. We would stay there again. Overall, I would say this is a 3 Star Hotel.”

“Liked the upgraded rooms. Really nice and spacious. We had a king bed city view room. The Milestones is also a plus. You can see the falls from there. Waitress was very nice. The TV had comedy network and I watched the Office so I was ecstatic. The only downfall was the wait for the elevators. We were on the 9th floor so we just walked up when it looked busy.”

“Wow what a view! Definitely worth the extra to stay in a Falls View room. As soon as we walked into the room we were blown away with the view out of the full length panoramic windows. Other than leaving the room to eat and go closer to the falls (the incline railway is opposite the hotel) we simply stayed in to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The room was very comfortable and the bubble jet bathtub was a nice extra. At night time the Falls are all lit up so enjoy the view at all times of day! Complimentary coffee in the lobby.”

“We would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful. They were happy to store our bags while we waited for check-in. We got a beautiful room which partially overlooked the falls. It was clean and bright. The bed was comfy! 25th floor has an observation deck for a fantastic view of the falls which is especially nice at night when they do fireworks. One word of caution: read all the fine print. There are charges for parking $45 per night and a $100 daily charge of security deposit.”

The hotel has the best view, maybe the tower hotel has a better vantage point but it is conveniently located and has numerous eating options.”
