“Best Casino next to the falls. Worth visiting even if you're not into gambling. Update 2022: they've rearranged the floor, removed poker tables and installed lots of new slots. It is still pretty good although payouts seem quite modest and they unfortunately no longer offer a buffet. Overall you can still spend a few hours and try your luck here, the place is well maintained (under the new management now)”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! We had the room with 2 queen beds. Pros: - Beds are super comfy - shower pressure is great - soundproof rooms - centrally located - lots of storage and room - has fridge and coffee maker (and microwave on request) - normal check out is at 12pm - very clean Con: - pillows are a bit too soft, but you can always ask for more and double up”

“Great show at the Upper Space in Niagara Falls tonight!! Needed a place to crash and found this on the third stop with friendly and helpful front desk attendants & great customer service. Parking was only $20 overnight which is a lot lower than the other places around!! *Cough cough all of them* also no hidden "resort fees" so that was great!! Affordable price for a night and a 7 minute walk to the falls. $69!! Check out my view of the falls ;)”

“I read many mixed reviews of this place and while I don't want to invalidate anyone's feelings, I've actually never had such an amazing experience anywhere else. Maybe it was because of the pandemic, but I found everything very clean. It is not small at all. They let you change in the room. Best treatment is anything involving a steam shower!!! I got the aroma body polish. My skin was sooo soft and glowy afterwards. It's a very relaxing treatment and little touches like the body wrap and feet wrapped in hot towel make such a difference ! I also got a massage here which was also very nice. But if you had to choose only one treatment, I would go with any of the signature body treatments!!”

“Nice large rooms with views of the Upper Niagara River. If you can get the 17-19 floor rooms, you can see the US falls. Good hotel with good breakfast options. Location is fine, with a 10 minute walk to the falls. Large pool area and Starbucks coffee in lobby bar. Good for families, couples and well priced for Niagara.”

“Had a wonderful stay to recharge our family's mental batteries. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Don't be afraid to raise concerns to staff members as they will likely work with you to resolve any concerns. I highly recommend staying here during the week as there's barely anyone there so you have almost full access to the amenities without any wait times. The same thing goes for the sites and restaurants in the area during the week compared to the weekend. Nothing better than being the only ones on the Skylon's observation deck for over an hour! :-)”

“Liked the upgraded rooms. Really nice and spacious. We had a king bed city view room. The Milestones is also a plus. You can see the falls from there. Waitress was very nice. The TV had comedy network and I watched the Office so I was ecstatic. The only downfall was the wait for the elevators. We were on the 9th floor so we just walked up when it looked busy.”

“Wow what a view! Definitely worth the extra to stay in a Falls View room. As soon as we walked into the room we were blown away with the view out of the full length panoramic windows. Other than leaving the room to eat and go closer to the falls (the incline railway is opposite the hotel) we simply stayed in to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The room was very comfortable and the bubble jet bathtub was a nice extra. At night time the Falls are all lit up so enjoy the view at all times of day! Complimentary coffee in the lobby.”

“We would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful. They were happy to store our bags while we waited for check-in. We got a beautiful room which partially overlooked the falls. It was clean and bright. The bed was comfy! 25th floor has an observation deck for a fantastic view of the falls which is especially nice at night when they do fireworks. One word of caution: read all the fine print. There are charges for parking $45 per night and a $100 daily charge of security deposit.”

“Got the room with the view, the experience is simply amazing. Highly recommend and worth the extra cost. Once in a lifetime experience to view Niagara falls. The hotel has the best view, maybe the tower hotel has a better vantage point but it is conveniently located and has numerous eating options.”
