“Ordered carry out tonight and the pizza was hot and fresh when I picked up! The staff was so friendly at this location! When I got there I was greeted promptly. After I paid I had to wait a few minutes for the pizza to get packed up and someone else came over to make sure I was taken care of- now that’s great customer service. Thanks for a yummy dinner!”

“We are local to the area and noticed the restaurant “Twisted Vine” driving by. We didn’t know what to expect, however we were very pleasantly surprised with our knowledgeable server. We were given excellent guidance on food choices, the food was high quality as was the service. It was a nice touch that the owner personally came to the table to check on us. We will definitely be back. It’s nice to have this level of quality of a restaurant in the region.”

“A beautiful restaurant on the Trios winery. Beautiful decor with lovely ambience. Their chairs need aome love and attention, they are quite dirty with spilled food (yuck) The pumpkin soup is fabulous. Absolutely worth the trip to give it a try. The mains were also very good, the fish and chips were double fried and the latter extremely crunchy and tasty. The pasta was also very good with a combination of sweet and savoury components. Topped off the meal with bread and butter pudding. Another combination of flavours egg not, cinnamon and nutmeg. Try the tasting combinations with your meal. Each pairing was fabulous”

“I came here initially as part of a tour. Of the 4 wineries we visited that day, this was by far my favorite. They have some of the best wines in the Niagara Region in my opinion. We were told the food was good, so we went back the next day. Good was very much an understatement. The food was excellent. I also highly recommend dessert. The staff is very friendly, the prices are nice, the food is excellent, and you can taste the love in the wine as well as the varietals and and the terroir. You need to try this place.”

“Great service and great food. Today is Canada Day so we were glad this place was open. Our party of six was seated right away. The table we got was not as clean as it could be, but it wasn't enough to deter us, just brushed the crumbs off the seat and table. Everyone else chose breakfast items and I got the schnitzel dinner. It was so good, it bumped up what would have been a four star review to a five star. I definitely recommend this place I'd you're in the area :)”

“Absolutely above and beyond customer service. I ordered a pizza on the Dominos app. Completely forgetting to include drinks. When the delivery person came and I realized that I forgot to order drinks he went to the store and bought a variety of beverages. I was truly shocked that he did that and he used his own money. Honestly best customer service experience. Way above any beyond expectations. Great job!”
