“My surgery for a deviated septum took place on a Thursday, by Saturday I had concerns, so I emailed the doc, he responded in an hour !! The following weekend was a long weekend and on Saturday at 9pm I had some major concerns about swelling/infection. The doc returned my email within a half hour !!!! On A LONG WEEKEND ! He had me send video/pics of my nose and decided , by 10pm to have me come see him on THE 1ST DAY after the LONG WEEKEND !! He scheduled me for 2 pm on the Tuesday, I cannot say enough about how great this man has made my experience! Any questions or concerns are taken serious and in a very orderly manner.
