“I recently had both endoscopy and gastroscopy at the clinic. My experience was good; the staff were efficient and caring. The doctors were fine. However, in the time of COVID, I was not comfortable with their precautions. In the prep and recovery room the patient beds were spaced barely an arms length apart, with curtain in between. The single washroom for patient use was not sanitized once during my 2 hours there. Hand sanitizer was not readily available. Most concerning to me was that the nurses & doctors had ordinary ill fitting paper masks, no N95. One doctor had a full bushy beard under his mask. Though the clinic and people were fine, I was nervous about their safety precautions.”

“This dental office is phenomenal! We took our 5 year old son to the dentist for the first time and he can be very anxious with any new situations so we were all a bit nervous how this was going to go knowing that he had a cavity to get filled. From the very first phone call to arrange the appointment the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful accommodating schedules even in the midst of covid. The staff at the dental office were so friendly and calmed my sons fears. He came home telling me all about the "pillow" in his mouth for his tooth, the candy he got to eat but wasn't allowed to swallow, the special sunglasses he got to wear, and how "it barely even hurt mom". Of course, he loved the prize he got for being so brave at the end too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is searching for a dental office. I can't say enough good about this office. My 3-year old daughter is scheduled to go in a few weeks for her first check-up and I've already recommended this place to my sister who is also taking her 3-year old for a check-up. Continue the great work, Tooth Corner!!”

“My surgery for a deviated septum took place on a Thursday, by Saturday I had concerns, so I emailed the doc, he responded in an hour !! The following weekend was a long weekend and on Saturday at 9pm I had some major concerns about swelling/infection. The doc returned my email within a half hour !!!! On A LONG WEEKEND ! He had me send video/pics of my nose and decided , by 10pm to have me come see him on THE 1ST DAY after the LONG WEEKEND !! He scheduled me for 2 pm on the Tuesday, I cannot say enough about how great this man has made my experience! Any questions or concerns are taken serious and in a very orderly manner. Thanks Dr Robichaud and staff !!! You ROCK Doc !”
