“I found Paul through a Google search as I was looking for someone in Niagara to wall mount a new 70” TV in my den and set another one up in my family room! When I called Paul answer right away and we set up a time for him to come and do those jobs! He confirmed the day before and was right on time as we discussed. The wall mounting was completed in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his work and how detailed his work was! Who uses 4 levels to make sure things are level? Paul does!!! Paul is a very personable guy! It felt as if I had known him for years! Great sense of humour and will do whatever is necessary to make the job perfect! A young man named Steve took very good care of me and I bought a rebuilt DELL for a reasonable price for myself. “**************HIGHLY RECOMMENDED************* I brought in my old Mac to APPLE STORE and they won’t change the battery cuz it’s “too old.” Thank God I googled “computer repair in niagara” and JTG staff replied within minutes, directed me to the Amazon link to order the battery and bring it to them to install. (VERY HELPFUL, thank you) When I brought in the battery and the Mac, the staff were all friendly, welcoming and very professional. The location is easy to find with free parking and close to Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen. The battery literally was installed in less than 5 minutes and they took the time to explain recalibration with me. (I appreciate that, thank you.) The staff mentioned a hard drive update would make the Mac go so much faster. It was only $100 and included an external hard drive. This installation only took an hour and it was no problem waiting since the mall is so close. The staff are kind and extremely efficient. I highly recommend everyone to bring their PC, MAC, and other devices into JTG. You guys are family now. Thank you for taking care of everything. It really took a weight off me. “Ordered some shoes from here to be delivered to the store and some how the shipping got all screwed up but the store manager was great she helped to get everything sorted out and gave me a discount for the trouble. Also bought my gf a new GT bike from here and less then a month later it was stolen from the front of the mall. They went out of there way to help us out and gave us a great deal on a new bike cause they felt so bad and the guys in the service shop are great at what they do and are actually knowledgeable on the products and services they provide. I came in to browse around for a new bedroom set and I appreciated that the salesmen didn't pressure me in to buying something that I do not need but rather offered many different options that fitted my needs.
