“We were looking for a company who could upholster an arm chair we have had for a few years. We came upon Broadway Custom Upholstery as we drove through Welland. Lucky for us, this husband and wife team work together, they were friendly and kept to their schedule. Our chair was picked up on time, and delivered as promised. They did an excellent job. And the price was also very good. We have had a lot of compliments on the chair, so much so that we are having the rest of our living room furniture reupholstered. Mr. Kam came personally to our place, and recommended what needed to be done. In addition, they do not pressure you to purchase the material from their shop. In fact, Kam gives the pros and cons of material to be used and the quality which is acceptable. He asks us to bring in a sample before purchasing the material so he can verify if it is of good quality and will withstand the wear and tear. We wish them both success. I came in to browse around for a new bedroom set and I appreciated that the salesmen didn't pressure me in to buying something that I do not need but rather offered many different options that fitted my needs. Also I really liked that everyone is really knowledgeable about the products and different mattresses. I felt very comfortable at this store because the salesmen did not suffocate me rather let me browse around and came to check up on me at the right times. Even the store manager came to check up on me to make sure I helped and informed me of all the sales that were going on and made sure to find one that will accommodate me. Will definitely come back for a delightful shopping experience!”

“I will say the cashier and the employee in the lumber were great and helpful. However, the employee at customer service was not as much. I asked if I could put something on hold for 2 and a half days and in a rude tone they said it was too far. I just spent over $1000 that day and you couldn't do that small thing for a loyal customer? What I wanted to buy was another $800+ product. I disagree with that and will buy this product elsewhere. I still give 3 stars simply because of the other employees who made up for the lack of customer service given.”
