“The staff at the Travelodge in Welland have been great. The room was clean and they gave us pretty much everything we needed to get through the night. They were great when we were in a crisis. The only reason I can’t rate them 5 stars is because there are so many people smoking in here you could almost see it in the hallways. Couldn’t sleep because my throat was raw from breathing the air in this non smoking hotel. ????????????”

“We had a weekend wine tour weekend and stayed here for 1 night. This was by far the most memorable part of our visit to the area. The house is absolutely immaculate - you can tell they put a lot of time and care into their house and guests. Some of the most amazing interior designing I've ever seen. We had breakfast served to us as well - along with 2 other couples - and it was great being able to meet complete strangers over breakfast. If you want a 0 interaction - I would recommend a hotel instead - because these hosts provide an entirely different (and in my opinion better) experience. The hosts were very charming (and hilarious) and always made sure you were comfortable. They are also very knowledgeable about the wineries in the area - it was great to get their opinion before heading out for the day. Will definitely be visiting again.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel! Room: Very clean and well-organized. They even had a kitchenette, which was cool. The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint is how you can hear the people walking above (creaking sounds), which becomes very distracting, especially during the night. Try to get your room in the highest floor level! Staff: The staff at this hotel were very amiable. They enjoyed talking with their customers, and had a happy attitude (especially the front desk and breakfast area)! Hotel: The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Really not much else to say! Others: WiFi was pretty fast. Staff members helped us with whatever issues we had and took the time to actually explain their reasoning. Will come back next time!”

“Shared a room as part of a conference I was attending at Niagara College. Check-in was fairly quick, rooms were looked after each day, toiletries were restocked the first day but not the second but I'm sure I could have asked for more if I needed them. Towels are somewhat worn but functional. I've stayed in College dorms before and this one is very similar to others. Great price and very quiet at night.”
