“Stellar customer service. As soon as I walked in, a staff member put a phone call on hold to ask if I needed any help. As I shopped other staff offered help in a friendly non-intrusive manner. The big box stores do try at customer service, I don't have any grudge against them, but they are so big that finding staff, or at least one in that department can be a chore. I found this place to be a welcome reminder of what you loose in a massive outlet. I'll definitely be shopping here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good customer service, and reasonable prices.”

“Home Depot is a place where you can buy very good products at a very affordable price. Their selection isn't always as great as other big-box stores but the quality of their wood is second to none. Staffing isn't always available and contractor desk and the order desk for doors is sometimes not as occupied as you would like. The self-serve cashiers are not always as efficient as they should be but help is always available. I feel that the pricing on some products is a little bit inflated and shopping around is sometimes worth it.”
