This was my first time visiting Bicycle Planet. My sons brake cable broke on his bike, so on the way to search for a new brake system we stopped into this shop. I produced all the pieces we had and he happily assisted and informed us that all we needed to replace was a piece of the cable. He proceeded to give instructions on how to fix it and low and behold my son is riding his bike again without shaving his shoes down. I'm sure we would have ended up purchasing a whole new system that wasn't required. Service was great and very friendly! I will recommend this shop to others. Always like to support the local town businesses.
Fantastic service and advice for an unbeatable price! I've been bring my bike to Jim for many years now and he always does a great job explaining everything to me and making sure that I get my bike back ASAP. Would highly recommend Bicycle Planet to everyone.

Jim removed and replaced my stripped bottom bracket good job, good price, would definitely recommend for anyone who needs repairs.
