I purchased a mountain bike here a few months back, during the hektik initial covid wave. The bike was ready for pick up very soon after purchasing online. Everyone working there was super nice and respectful, and made sure I was happy with the bike before I left. They had a simple, first come first serve system, helping as many people as they can, while trying to keep people at a safe distance. I even received help loading the bike into my vehicle. The bike has been great this season, with no issues.
If you're interested in buying a bike, or accessories, this is the bike shop to go to.

First time using Spoke O Motion & it won't be my last. They now have a customer in me for the foreseeable future. Huge THANKS to BIG STEVE for the wealth of knowledge, quick turn around and getting me back on the road.
