“I have had a great experience with this warehouse! They have a variety of E bikes for every need and purpose. I got an amazing one from them for a very competitive price compared to the market. A bonus is the great manners of the warehouse owners, very friendly. Mr. Waleed was extremely helpful and an amazing person. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered three scooters in total. The first came with no manual or instructions but I have common sense and decent mechanical knowledge. The second snapped the second ride as the clip that holds the bar in place was missing a screw. I was a bit banged up but had to order a new clip and rear fender. The company offered no help and just kept offering to call me back in "a couple of hours". Ordered a third scooter and it came with a manual and all the right parts. I went into a pothole and crashed it. Absolutely my fault . I called to see if they could help me find someone in Ottawa who could attempt to fix it. Again they offered to call me back in a couple of hours. All in all the scooters were good but customer service is terrible. I'd say buy from them but don't expect any help after if your outside of Toronto.”

“Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable guy! Had an old mountain bike, thought only the brakes needed to be fixed. Turns out it was beyond reasonable repair. So he advised to trade it for another used one - never realized this viable option. Highly recommend xFixxi Bikes for repairs, advice and yes, their bikes of course!”

“I use my bike daily for commuting and punctured my rear tire on my way home. I gave this place a call and I was told I could bring my bike right away. I walked with my bicycle at 32 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, when I arrived I was offered snacks and a drink. Sadeed was very attentive and very fast, replaced my tire and patched the inner tube. He is a lifesaver. Very affordable prices as well. I would definitely go to him again without hesitation! Edit: The replacement tire and patched tube only lasted for 5 days before getting punctured again. I was told it’d be good for a year at least, but apparently I was breaking wrong.”

“Wonderful customer service, I came here and bought a basketball and a few water bottles. The guy Lucas was great (so were the rest of the team who helped me), went to extra mile to explain the promotions and products to me. Left with products I was awesome happy with, and good idea of what I'm looking for for some other things I needed.”

“I have ordered scooter parts from this place a few times with no issues with quality or other wise. Recently had parts come in that might have been damaged from transit and they had no problem what so ever with fixing the issue and replacing the parts free of charge. Will defiantly order from here again. They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thank you to the people at Scooters Canada”

“This was my first time visiting Bicycle Planet. My sons brake cable broke on his bike, so on the way to search for a new brake system we stopped into this shop. I produced all the pieces we had and he happily assisted and informed us that all we needed to replace was a piece of the cable. He proceeded to give instructions on how to fix it and low and behold my son is riding his bike again without shaving his shoes down. I'm sure we would have ended up purchasing a whole new system that wasn't required. Service was great and very friendly! I will recommend this shop to others. Always like to support the local town businesses.”

“Get your bike serviced here! Josh, in particular, did a great job identifying the littlest performance issues that were dumbfounding me, and re-aligning my derailleur. His level of service and attention to detail got my bike running like new. Thanks Josh and Station Ski and Ride!”

“I must say that I was very impressed with the prompt courteous efficient service I received. This is a small shop however they have a wide range of BMX, scooters, and pretty much anything that involves two wheels. They do a lot of custom work and can build a bike for you from the ground up. I already took two bikes there and I am very impressed on would highly recommend this to anyone needing service or repairs to their bicycles. This place truly deserves nothing short of a 5-star review.”

“I had the pleasure of purchasing a bike last week with the help of an employee named Jason. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This review is solely based on him because everything else about the store deserves a 1 star. When I was purchasing the bike and asking questions, we kept getting interrupted because their sales floor was short staffed. I work in the retail industry and believe me when I say being understaffed takes away the greatness of a store. The problem with this store is it being so short staffed that the people that actually know their product knowledge and do good for the business suffer because the managers on the floor fail to help their staff out and fail the properly distribute their hours to their staff. It’s very sad to see that during a sale, the ONLY staff That seems to know why their doing and is willing to help is the one always getting called do other stuff that has nothing to do with his department. I get it, this store is very small and has less to offer than other stores, but the only thing keeping this place from failing is people like Jason and Patrick who work in the department that seem to be the only ones who know what their doing. I’ve been shopping here for years and their manager turn over rate is so high but these two employees have been here for a while. Doesn’t that say a lot? To add to that, I stayed in the store longer after deciding to purchase the bicycle so I can shop for my kids and I watched the managers do nothing but yell at their staff. I really don’t think that’s the strategy to get their workers working or let alone come to work. This is where the managers fail stores - learn how to be a team player instead of using your positions to “rule” over a store that doesn’t seem to show anything but poor leadership. Thanks Jason and Patrick for being very knowledgeable, tuning up the bike, and ensuring my purchase was worth it! Keep up the good work and I hope to see you later this year for a bike tune up! (Thanks for the tips!)”

“I was immediately greeted by an eager to help employee named Jorg. He took his time to make sure I understood everything on the bike. The staff were super friendly and even helped me check if the bike was a good fit for me by joining me on my trial ride. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. “This shop ordered new parts, tuned my entire bike, and stocked me with accessories that will keep me riding joyfully for months! I've always enjoyed tuning my own bike, but the owners at this shop made it so easy that from now on I'll be leaving bike maintenance to the professionals. Kayla and Brian, thank you both for creatively problem-solving how best to get my bike rideable for the cheapest price in the shortest amount of time.”
