Stephen at Kinnext Health has been amazing at treating my lower back pain over the last two months. What I like best is that he uses a variety of techniques - including dynamic stretching, massage, muscle activation/strengthening, acupuncture, and back adjustments - to treat the area and attempt to prevent future injury. He has also been super accommodating to my specific scheduling needs and is extremely personable, responsive, and professional in his communication and overall approach. I would highly recommend Stephen and Kinnext Health to fellow retired athletes or anyone looking to treat new or chronic injuries.

Stephen has been instrumental in getting to the root cause of my head/neck/back pain issues and providing treatment that not only alleviates the current pain/tension but is forward thinking to prevent from occurring in the future.
Stephen is very responsive to scheduling or other communication needs. Stephen is patient-centric - he takes the whole patient into consideration. The stretching that Stephen has helped me with (ie for hips) has not only felt amazing but assisted with increased flexibility/mobility. I have been seeing Stephen and the team from Kinnext for several months now. I'm recovering from an ACL and meniscus surgery, and I also suffer from chronic neck pain. They have been working wonders with creating a personalized plan and I can't thank them enough for the treatments I have received. I have seen Maya on four occasions over the past two weeks for a shoulder injury. Her skills as physiotherapy are outstanding along with her people skills.She has always checked during the treatment to insure that was comfortable. She also suggested several exercises to help promote healing and also sent pictures and a video of them to make sure I was doing them correctly. I highly recommend her to any needing therapy at any level

A group of us were recently at a CrossFit competition in Aurora, and Stephen was on-site to offer treatments to the athletes there. We were a larger group (9 of us), and I think all of us were on the table at one point or another in the day. We all found his treatments to be efficient and effective, and he was very personable, as well. If we lived in the area, I'd be a patient for sure. As it is, I would absolutely have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for physiotherapy!
