Just the right amount of help for picking out the right furniture and fabrics. Didn't feel pressured at all. Delivery was smooth. The delivery guys handled our difficult entrance with patience and were very courteous. They unwrapped the furniture and took away the wrapping, which was nice. “Well I initially met Debra and she was warn & understanding. She was not aggressive or forward in her approach. Most people are tense waiting for a Sales rep to hit entering the lobby....like a car sales rep. I new right away I had the girl for me. She was knowledgeable on the product I requested & didn’t ask me my price range. Debra showed me all the options & I needed lots questions answered. Once I decided the product was for me I left to inform my wife & mother of my suggestion. She used her IPad which saved time & freely sent pics for me. The following day I introduced the “girls” to her and struck a deal. A great experience without being pushed around, over sold or having a rep attached to me. Thankfully, after 2 months we finally found our sectional at Niche - who carries trendy, high quality items. We were over budget but the comfort of the piece was well worth it. The added bonus was the exceptional customer service we received. Even post delivery, all our requests or questions were promptly looked after. Abbas, the showroom Manager, was such an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so helpful every time we spoke or had concerns. He was resourceful and professional and NEVER ever pushy.
