“Wow! What a great restaurant! The menu is huge and diverse. You could go everyday for a month and never eat the same meal twice. The portions are just the right size and flavour and freshness are unbeatable. This is a casual and restaurant. It is clean and comfortable and the staff and service are 10-10! Food prices are very good. I can't remember when I have enjoyed a restaurant meal so much, and because the menu and pricing are so good, I definitely will be going back! Kudos to the Kings Tavern!”

“Eddy and Ronnie we’re a delightful father and son duo. I had the grilled cheese and it was delicious and so well priced! Also the peanut butter pretzel ice cream is to die for. Such a cute little cafe with incredible people running it. Ronnie mentioned soon that they will have meals as well. “Beautiful lake view from the patio. The service was great. Al, the owner, is so sweet, attentive to customers, with genuine smile, made us feel like best friends right from the entrance. He heard us speaking Russian, asked where are we from, we said originally from Ukraine, 3 min later we heard Ukrainian music coming from restaurant speakers :-). Highly recommend visiting and getting the warm and welcoming experience.”

“Had the Jerk chicken sandwich, which was fine. Things that would improve it: a fresher bun and some sort of sauce (a spicy lime sauce would be excellent). The fries were not good. I'd love if this place cut their own potatoes and made their own fries. Something simple like this would add a lot to their meals. Also tried their rice and peas which again were not good. If you're getting jerk chicken with rice and peas there needs to be gravy on the rice. This place has potential but needs some help with the quality of their food.”

“Excellent dining experience. Dropped in today for lunch. I was greeted by a smiling waitress and seated promptly. All of the staff are as authentic as their food. Most are originally from Mexico City. First thing I noticed was how clean and tidy the establishment was. It even smelled fresh. The washrooms were spotless which says a lot about any restaurant. Our cold drinks were brought to our table and the waitress informed us about their lunch specials. I went with their signature large plate Chicken Mango Dinner $16.50 (marinated grilled chicken with mango sauce & melted cheese) and their Tortilla Soup $5.99 (chicken, avocado, cilantro, onion, cheese & crispy fried tortilla). The food was delicious as expected. They have a full bar and make the best margaritas anywhere for after work celebrations. I would highly recommend attending this family run business to all my friends and colleagues. Try their take-out, they deliver.”

You can't please ALL of the general public so don't let a couple of negative reviews throw you...most like mine are 5 stars. Enoki beef and onion beef are to die for. One inconsiderate customer can contaminate a bathroom door handle...reasonable precautions ensure a pleasurable experience here. Will return many times.”

“I don’t normally give reviews bad are good, but I decided this establishment needs a good review, it’s a little gem in Keswick. I drive by everyday and I based my opinion on the outside and the signage. Decided to give it a try last week. So when I walked into restaurant I could see it was spotless and the staff were very friendly. We ordered pizza and salad. The pizza was amazing and salad so fresh. The owner even made a point of coming over to the table to check on us. Very impressed I will def go back. The hamburgers looked really good (they were homemade). ????”
