I was able to come in with my own ideas and get them tweaked for functionality and fit. My order came in flat packed and I was easily able to assemble the full kitchen with the help of a friend and a few beers (and their YouTube tutorials). Once assembled I made the order for my Quartz countertop and it was installed within 2 weeks after ordering. Communication A+: emails were responded promptly and courteously. Our building has very strict delivery rules and NOF was very accommodating in the times we needed. Condition of the product A+: These are used chairs and I was expecting some scuffing and these chairs came in very good shape. Delivery A++: The polite delivery guys came early, communicated well and were patient in waiting for the dock to open for delivery. “The team at The Baby’s Room is attentive and up-to-date in all things “baby”... I particularly like the products the owner chooses to carry (and the fact that they promote so many Canadian brands). We ended up purchasing our car seat (MESA), stroller system (UPPAbaby Vista), crib and gorgeous diaper bag from The Baby Room. Still waiting for our crib to arrive, but totally in love with everything we’ve received so far. Also impressed that the shipments came in about 3 weeks earlier than expected :-) -1 star because... I wasn’t a big fan of some of the staff (telling me “what I needed”, “what was right vs wrong” and pushing hard when we told them we didn’t want the convertible rail kit for our crib). With that said, I’m also pregnant and moody, so I suggest you take that as it is. In reflection, everything they said was in service of helping my husband and I (+ our little one) find the best of the best. Happy shopping!”
