“We were very happy with the emergency flood clean up services that we got from 5 Star cleaning crew. We had broken pipe in kitchen and flooded our main floor and some water went to basement where it damaged the ceiling and floor. They responded quickly and came in under an hour. Bob and Danial were very friendly, calm but knowledgeable and professional. They had mask and gloves on the whole time and disinfect the areas 3 times. They dried all the water damaged areas that were wet. They set up the machines to dry for 3 days. after 3 days, they fix small areas that needed , clean and stretch the carpeted areas and install some new under pads as well. We were very impressed and happy with their great services. We will use their services and recommend them to others.”

“First time using this dry cleaning service, and I am definitely going to continue business with them. Not only is their prices at least 50% cheaper than at dry cleaning stores, they pickup your clothes directly from your home and deliver them back at no additional charge on $25+ order. I placed my order to dry clean 2 down jackets last Thursday. They returned my jackets back on the subsequent Tuesday (took less than a week). I originally booked the return date for Monday but they took an extra day because one of my jackets was super dirty. And I am more than happy with the results. I can't believe the jackets now look just like when I first bought them new. I've tried other dry cleaning stores before and none were able to restore my laundry to such mint condition, even at triple the price this place charged me. I have already started referring Green Laundry Express to my friends and family. Thanks for doing such an awesome job!”

“This is location is one of the best coin laundries in Richmond Hill. This laundry is equipped with extra large washing machines and dryers which I didn't see anywhere else before. Also all the machines were working very well so you can easily choose the proper size for yourself. In terms of price I should say that's fine and just like anywhere else. There are couple of free parking spots just in front of the location but it seems maybe in rush hours you can't find a parking spot there but no worries, there is a NoFrills location just at the other side of the street so you can find a lots of free parking spots over there. This location is equipped with TV and washroom which was very clean. Also you can buy detergent and fabric softener using a machine over there. There is a machine that can change both bills and coins which I think it's very helpful at the time that you are short in coins and just have bills. There are different stores like convenience store, beauty salon, restaurant and etc. in the plaza so you can spend your time while you are waiting for your clothes.”
