“We were very lucky to find iServe Executive Centre (“iServe”) and moved in a few years ago. The reason we had to find new offices (having been at our previous location for many years) was because of the landlord’s (large institution) demand to extend our lease for 5 years. In a fast changing business environment, being stuck with a long 5-year lease was no longer viable, especially, to a small business like ours. The landlord’s inflexible policy (“take it or leave it”) actually helped us to save our operational costs substantially (both fixed and variable costs) and we ended up working in a better environment at iServe. To say a few key specifics (not all since the list would be too long) about iServe: - Lease rates are absolutely competitive. Less than half of what we used to pay to previous landlord for doing the same work we have been doing. - Lease terms were flexible. - Professional, Efficient and Effective support team under the leadership of the manager Alicia. - Clean, beautiful office environment. - Excellent amenities. - The landlord listens to your/our specific needs and works things out for you.
