“man, i always love coming here! everyone is super friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable, and just go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. it’s been a couple years since i have been excited about boarding but i am def looking forward to this season. went in for a new board in mid-august (hahaha), left having learned so much and with the perfect board for me (website is also updated bc i’m already looking at another board)! it is seriously so fun asking them questions bc i’m kind of a noob but they take time to explain things to me without making me feel dumb, which i appreciate =) a little further away for me than other sporting goods stores in terms of distance but i will happily take the time to come here than visit some generic sports store - worth the drive, 100%!”

“Our favorite shoe store. Modern and exciting styles, very comfortable shoes. I've been coming here for years despite living in Oshawa. Always worth the drive. Friendly staff, Lena knows my style and knows exactly what to show me from their new collection. She is very attentive to customers' requests. My mom has some feet issues that makes it hard to find a proper fit, and Lena wouldn't stop till she found the perfect pair. Their inventory is incredible, prices are reasonable for the quality.”

“Bought a hoodie for my daughter that was on sale at the $5 rack. The actual price tag itself said $10 so I confirmed with a sales associate that it was indeed $5. She confirmed that it was as was everything else on the rack. So when we went up to purchase I noticed that they charged me $7. Questioned the difference with a different sales associate and made a point to tell them this was confirmed by one of her colleagues. Pretty much given the run around on the origin of the price. Yes I know it’s only a 2 dollar difference but you guys really need to have better communication between everyone on prices in your store. Quality wise I’m honestly not expecting much for a $5 dollar hoodie. Or wait is it $7? I don’t know anymore.”
