“Great place to bring the kids after school. Prices have gone up compared to 2 years ago - but what hasn’t? Still reasonably priced for 2 hours of healthy exercise fun, in a safe & clean environment. We arrived just after 4pm this Friday afternoon, there were around 20 kids, and a dozen adults on the sofas. The Staff were very attentive, telling kids not to run, don’t climb up slides. A parent told staff about drizzle on the trampoline, and she immediately cleaned up with spray and wipe. Good job! Washroom was very clean and “dry”, like it hadn’t been used this afternoon. At 6m, a couple of party rooms opened up, and more kids showed up - and it became much louder. Accordingly, if you want to chill and relax, come immediately after school before the crowd shows up.”

“It's Canada's Wonderland man. Quite possibly the best amusement park in Canada. Not much to be said here.”

Uplands Golf & Ski Club

Address: 46 Uplands Ave, Thornhill, ON L4J 1K2, Canada

“I have played Uplands many times over the past few years. I haven't had very consistent experience - sometimes good, sometimes meh. Good: Easy location to get to from Toronto. Easy to get a tee time, always seems to have availability. Although only a 9 hole course, it has decent length on a few holes and a good variety of uphill, downhill, long, short, etc. Meh: They struggle to stay on schedule. Have waited up to 30-40 mins past my scheduled tee time to get on the course. Some of the carts are pretty rough, which is even worse since the cart cost us more than the green fee ($32 for 9 holes, but $38 for 2 people to share a cart?). Walkable, but most people take a cart. Perpetually under construction. Summary: Uplands is usually our go-to once all the 18 hole courses are booked up and we just want to get out somewhere.”

Mighty Canadian Minebuster

Address: 1 Canada's Wonderland Drive, Maple, ON L6A 1S6, Canada

“Mighty Canadian Minebuster isn't a particularly forceful ride, but it makes up for it in its wooden charm and scenic ride. Dipping and diving over and under water park slides on gentle slopes is fun. Some of the drops are steep, and the unbanked turns are forceful. My favorite part is the big spiral at the end which even has a tunnel. For a smooth ride, pick a seat in the middle row of one of the three row cars, preferably near the front of the train. This ride is good for little ones wanting to get into the big rides, and also good if you're nostalgic for classic out and back woodies of the 70s and 80s.”

Behemoth

Address: 1 Canada's Wonderland Drive, Maple, ON L6A 1S6, Canada

“Well, the Behemoth was... Let's just say average. It is tall and fast, but it's boring. Like mix it up. The Behemoth is something I ride at the start, It's the same thing with the Leviathan. Both of those are for beginner coaster enthusiasts. But overall, it's a good ride.”
