“A wonderful place for family and memories. If you can experience this place at any time of year you will truly feel blessed. Easy access to water. Cabins are cozy. Spend your day swimming biking around or jump in a canoe to explorer the local Sherwood river or Bonnechere river. Fish have been reintroduced to the lake and I have caught a few so bring your rods. Spend the evening looking at the stars. As this is one of the larger lakes in the region it is wonderful to watch storms come in from across the lake. Truly magical.”

“The owner / host is the picture of hospitality! So sweet and helpful! In the area to visit family, and I was SO comfortable! Even had wifi, which was a nice surprise. Had lots of room, and everything was impeccably clean. Wonderful value! Couldn't recommend more! Bonus for me as an environmentalist, I really liked that the owner encouraged recycling and composting. Wish more hotels and b&bs had recycling bins and made it easy.”
