“I've been going to this Tim Hortons location almost every weekday morning for over 13 years. It's about average speed lately and my order is never messed up. I have 2 complaints, first, when I say "Thank you" What is the proper response? Well I can tell you it's not silence... Learn some basic manners and say "You're welcome" it only takes a second. There is only one or two of the employees that actually say it. Second complaint, put a sleeve on any hot beverage that has less then 2 milk or cream... ESPECIALLY TEA, do it automatically like most every other Tim Hortons I've been to.”

“Came through today at 9am and only realized after I ordered that I forgot my credit card. I apologized and offered to pull over to explain and I had every intention of running home and picking up my credit card. But the worker immediately smiled and said one moment. She spoke with the manager and let me have the drink for free. There's a reason I always come back to Starbucks and this is one of the many reasons. She didn't have to do that for, but she did and it made my day!”

“This "Tim Horton's" inparticular isn't a standalone joint, it is a smaller Canex convenience store that sells pre-brewed Tim's coffee inside. There are no other options such as donuts, sandwiches, smoothies, or other full restaurant amenities like a drive thru. It's nice for avoiding the lines at the actual restaurants if all you want is a plain cup of joe, for sure, but that's all that's available here.”
