“This place is amazing! Super friendly and most adequately helpful! I have never had an experience with a doctor so well mannered and patient! I have never known which eye was worse or exactly what was wrong with my vision. He answered all my questions and was very patient while I kept asking for a redo of the last version! The two ladies were very professional and extremely helpful and friendly! I walked out of there with with a trial pair of contacts and my glasses were also done and ready to leave with me! “I've been going to this Tim Hortons location almost every weekday morning for over 13 years. It's about average speed lately and my order is never messed up. I have 2 complaints, first, when I say "Thank you" What is the proper response? Well I can tell you it's not silence... Learn some basic manners and say "You're welcome" it only takes a second. There is only one or two of the employees that actually say it. Second complaint, put a sleeve on any hot beverage that has less then 2 milk or cream... ESPECIALLY TEA, do it automatically like most every other Tim Hortons I've been to.”

“I have always had a good experience in this store, my dog loves going in and sniffing around and saying hello. But today he started to pee on the concrete floor and a small amount splashed on a bag of cat food. I wiped it all off right away (and the bag is plastic so it didn't absorb anything), but I was made to buy it, a $65+ bag of cat food and I don't even have a cat. I get it they have a policy but that's like my groceries for the next week. Now I have to start getting all my dogs stuff elsewhere, there's no way I'll ever go back, so unfortunately they just lost a customer. I've definitely spent hundreds of dollars on food and treats over the years here, and certainly would have spent thousands more over my life, but they just lost a customer over $65.”
