“Very first experience so things will change. First issue though everything was very cold. Kept forgetting orders. Some of my items didn't arrive at all. Sample platter has far too much meat and the big trip tip pounder a solid mass of cold meat. Take more inspiration from Texas BBQ and INCLUDE buttered toast and BBQ sauce with all platters. Brisket needs work. Not tender and very cold. Ribs we're good. Tri tip also very cold. Everything smokey so that's good. Reduce amount of meat in platter by 40-50% also price down to $50 - you'll make more money that way and people don't get a lion's amount of meat. Decent start. Needs a lot of work though.”
