Always happy to do my banking here. The staff is always super helpful with anything that I need. Hardly ever have to wait to see a teller.

We love banking with CIBC and we're especially fond on this location since our financial advisor Paula Stege works here. She is the nicest person that you could ever deal with, and she always responds to my emails very promptly. We're new at investing so we were a little hesitant to get started but Paula has made the process very easy and we've also seen a nice return so far. I can't recommend her enough!

This is my favorite CIBC to go to, I go to around 4-5 in total. This place is in a good, main part of Barrie, where when I want to come here, it's usually not far from where I am. The parking is decent, It's usually 65% full, but I've never had troubles finding a spot. Inside, you're greeted by a friendly staff member typically, the ATM's are right as you walk in, there is a beautiful center area for sitting that's extremely comfortable. They have plenty of advisers that will help you if you need them. The staff here always seem extremely friendly, and they're efficient at their jobs. There's usually not a big lineup, max I've seen was 4-5 people. Typically 2-3 tellers open at once. They have lemon water as a courtesy, but the few times I've had it, it has... an.. Odd? taste? Not sure how to describe, but maybe something could be cleaner in the lemon water.

Anyways, overall, this is an excellent CIBC, the gold standard.
