“Dorice is a Very nice owner. She could give you everything best she can, such as waterfront site, big pile of firewood for only $10 well worth than $30 nowhere else. The location is great, 35 mins to Sleeping Giant PP and to Thunder Bay, 15 minus to Diamond Willow Amethyst and 30 mins to Eagle Canyon.”

“My sister and I stayed here 5-7 October 2017. Very convenient to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, and wonderful views of Lake Superior. Maria provided a parking pass for us at the park so we were covered and even had a better map. She provided great insight to the park and cooked a huge breakfast for us before we headed off hiking for the day. Would highly recommend”

“What an incredible place! I got to stay here with a bunch of people I met on a greyhound a few years back. Lloyd and his wife were so welcoming and friendly. Such a warm and lovely place and the most beautiful nature surrounding this hostel. Its a bit hard to reach without a car but the greyhound people know about this place and will organize a drop off. It´s worth a visit!”

“The atmosphere here is so chill and relaxed - there are so many artefacts here, ready to tell a story... this place is quiet an experience!”

“They have a lovely camp ground where you can rent log cabins which are all new by the way they have a play area for your kids and a big public dock the lake is beautiful and does not allow motors on it so you know your kids won't get run over by a speeding boat well worth the visit or the stay ”

“This is a very clean and friendly KOA campsite. We rented one of the patio sites and have never had a nicer site anywhere. However I could not give this campground full marks as the patio site which is the most expensive did not have sewer at the location. Also for a campground that focuses so much on family and it’s pools did not have infant change tables in the shower/washrooms. Also the dump station does not allow for black water flush in you RV. A simple change of the hose or a second outlet would allow for this. This being said I would not hesitate to stay and rent the patio site again at this extremely clean and friendly location.”
