“I prefer to rent my vehicle from here since their service so far was good and located close to my house. However, with my most recent rental experience, after returning the vehicle within the committed time (after hour drop-off), the next day I received the invoice for an additional day. When I called them, the customer representative informed me since there was none presented at the time of drop-off, they charged for an additional day and waiting for the call from the customer to issue refund! I was not aware of this weird protocol during pick-up. I expected from them, as a renowned rental company, they monitor the drop-off time via security camera and charge accordingly. May be next time, I will drop-off just before they open and call them afterward for refund; does it sound good, enterprise???”

“Rented a car for a week over the xmas holidays. Sadly it came with the worst all season tires I have ever experienced and was forced to return it ( because you couldnt drive a block in snow without getting stuck )and pay more for an suv with all wheel drive. I was given a slight discount on the larger vehicle but I think I'll stick with Enterprise next time”
