“I would definitely recommend Eye Concept in Sherway Gardens. Wayne showed so much professionalism and patience with me. I have been wearing glasses since I was 13 years old. I buy what suits my face not what is trendy. Wayne did not push any trend on me at all. He was accommodating with ordering a special order frame which I eventually purchased. There was a slight issue with the lenses and he fixed them for me while I waited. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of beautiful frames displayed. I will definitely go back. My teeth are whiter, and I smoke cigarettes ( not heavy smoker, up to 10 a day, which is not good , but it’s bad habit) . “I am beyond happy with my experience at this clinic. I had been looking for a new family doctor for weeks, if not months, but no one would pick up my calls or return my voicemails. I expanded my search area and started calling around again and this clinic was the only one that picked up. I was even more delighted to hear that they were taking on new patients. The receptionist was helpful, efficient, and kind (she actually listened to what my concerns were, which is very hard to come by nowadays). My appointment was booked and I was able to see the doctor in a timely manner. Once I got there, the office was very clean and organized and I didn't have to wait long at all to see my doctor. Once in, I had a great conversation with Dr. Mai as he listened to all my concerns, answered all of my questions without judgment or jumping to conclusions, and overall made me feel really at ease. I was able to address my concerns and get the required treatment in only a week and half- which is AMAZING! Sometimes I couldn't even get that with a walk-in clinic! All of my follow-ups were the same: quick, friendly, and effective. I have gotten the care I need and my quality of life has improved so much. My friends and family see it too and I am so grateful for my experience at this clinic. Not that anyone ever looks forward to going to the doctor but I can say that I won't ever worry that I need to!”
