(August 27, 2021, 4:09 pm)Convenient location with lots of new vehicles. Have been renting from here for a few years now. The two areas for improvement are: 1. dated, manual processes at this location - time to move into the 21st century and improve the pick up / drop up efficiency and experience (many other locations have already done this) and 2. the female branch manager seems to be the only one who cares about customer experience - most other staff I have dealt with there range from short and abrubt to rude depending on the day you catch them...
(July 27, 2021, 1:43 am)Mixed experience. Dated paper based process and they initially tried to charge 60% more, made me pull out the email booking before they believed me. Convenient location and good choice of cars.
