The inside staff is also doing their best to accommodate everyone. Picking up the phone to get yelled at is not productive. Teach your children patience. Your not a good role model for your children yelling at any company. Let the company do their job. It's like wearing to many hats in any company. “Convenient location with lots of new vehicles. Have been renting from here for a few years now. The two areas for improvement are: 1. dated, manual processes at this location - time to move into the 21st century and improve the pick up / drop up efficiency and experience (many other locations have already done this) and 2. the female branch manager seems to be the only one who cares about customer experience - most other staff I have dealt with there range from short and abrubt to rude depending on the day you catch them...”
