I had a bit of an idea of what I wanted, but the sales rep at the store was a huge help in narrowing down my choices. She asked great questions about purpose of the boot (fashion vs. everyday walking), style and colour preferences, etc. I was able to snag a great pair and on sale to boot (no pun intended!). I will definitely be returning.
