Their great service and delish baked goods are only made better by their employment mission. Always happy to support a business that’s doing so much good.
(September 14, 2018, 10:26 pm)It's the best bread in the city, hands down. Woe the person who lives nearby and can't stop buying it (me). This tastes like REAL bread, is way more filling (even their whites) than store-bought, and it's a social enterprise too. There is no reason not to get your bread here. ALSO their ginger cookies are the best I've tasted in a long time.

(March 29, 2018, 9:47 pm)So touched by the kindness of the bakers/staff at St John's bakery! They were sold out and shut but allowed me in after all! The aroma wafting through the air is so tempting...can't wait to taste the goodies! It's worth the rain, the crowded street car and the wait! :)
