The shop is a very decent price because it doesn't waste all of its money with nice displays of gear you will never buy. It focuses on a cyclist's needs in the streets of Toronto. The employees are doing their work because they love bikes, not because they are 15 year-olds looking for a minimum wage job. (They are over 18) It doesn't get more local than this.”

“II purchased 2016 JAMIS VENTURA RACE from the factory store. I cannot be more happy. The bicycle looks great, it rides beautifully and i got it on sale for a very good price. Comparable bicycles from Giant or Specialized would cost hundreds of dollars more and they would be no better than this Jamis. Both customer service and technician were excellent in dealing with in my opinion. Customer service rep (Christian) called me back in like one hour to let me know that the bicycle is in the store and i could come and pick it up. When i cameto the store technician took time to explain to me things I should know about road bicycles, how to properly ride it and how to make adjustments to steering if I feel like i need it (by the way i do not need it, it is perfect ! ) I took the bicycle for 30 km "test drive" this afternoon and I am blown away. It is awesome. it really is. I am sure there are better bicycles out there that rides faster or smoother but for the price I paid for Ventura Race feels like a steal. i do recommend Jamis because of excellent quality and reputation and this distributor because of excellent customer service. I would buy Jamis again.”
