“Fantastic service and owner. Marc is easygoing and knowledgeable to deal with. Highly responsive. The bikes are incredible quality. My 3 yr old is able to ride the "bumpies" at bike parks, use hand brakes and take sharp turns because of the weight and sizing of these bikes.”

“I never thought purchasing a bike could be such a pleasant experience. The team at Oxygen is amazing, I’ve honestly never encountered an ENTIRE team of sales folks that are as kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as this team. The first time my partner and I went in to inquire about bikes, they were extremely helpful and we made our deposits right away for the bikes we wanted which were unfortunately on back order. Since then, they’ve been really great at contacting us as soon as something comes in to see if we’d be interested even if it’s not the exact model or colour, just to check because it never hurts to ask. And that’s how I got my bike despite not being the original colour and I actually love it more than what I had initially wanted! Overall, such a great and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back!”

“I reached out to Luke to get my hybrid bike tuned up for the summer. Every other shop that I called had at least a month wait for the earliest service appointment. Luke was prompt in his initial response and took me in the next day. When I brought in my bike, he performed an initial diagnosis and suggested I get the basic tune up. It then took him two days to finish the job, and that was only because he had several other bikes in queue before mine. When I picked up the bike, he asked me to take a test ride to make sure everything was OK. I rode away a happy customer. I will definitely be going back to Luke and unreservedly recommend him to everybody. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to oversell me on the type of tune up I needed. Thanks Luke for your honesty and professionalism, and of course an excellent service.”

“Great place to go for all bicycle servicing! The gentleman there is very dedicated in providing the best quality work. I had my inner tube worked on but the problem was a little bit more complicated. He was very honest with me and worked very hard until the problem was completely fixed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”

“The most friendly shop in the city and their staff care about what you are looking for. I was blown away when going to Ride Away Bikes yesterday. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, along with knowledgeable. Didn't rush me, showed me some awesome bikes and the shop just has good vibes. This was my first time going there, but this is now my local shop. Don't hesitate to go there! 10/10 would recommend!”

“A friendly and knowledgeable staff with a lot of first hand experience with their products. We went seeking a step-through pedal assist bike for commute/delivery purposes and were pleasantly surprised to learn that they build their Infinite model on-site. We found that very reassuring versus dealing with a bike supplier online where you're likely to get the run-around about warranties, part manufacturers and the usual pass-the-buck of responsibility when it comes to Customer Service. In addition the shop carries everything you need to be road-ready, from helmets to locks and bike accessories. The selection seems to be pretty curated - the fellas in the shop aren't going to sell you something they wouldn't use on their own bikes. Great experience overall, but I'll get back to you in two years when, I hope, my bike is still on the road!”

“Rack Attack exceeded my expectations! The product I wanted was in stock, well priced and available for curbside pick up. The Toronto location has ample store parking, which is a huge perk. The staff were quick to help via telephone, and were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable...it was a pleasure to shop with the gang at Rack Attack Toronto.”

“Pedalinx is by far my favourite bike shop in Toronto. Great service, competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff, and a good selection of bikes, gear and components. My boyfriend and I have both purchased bikes (Specialized Crosstrail for him and Specialized Diverge for me) here and the ongoing support has been amazing. Plus, it’s nice to know your local bike guys and support a local shop! 11/10 recommend.”

“What a great hike shop! Everyone was super friendly and so helpful. They got my bike fixed up so quickly and had a lot of helpful suggestions for options for the parts that needed replacing. The advice was so helpful to make the right choice and they were so friendly it made me feel like a friend giving advice. I’ll be going here from now on! Thank you!!”

“I had a wonderful experience buying a bike here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they had a great selection of used and new bikes between $200-550. They probably have more expensive bikes as well, but they never pressured me to increase my budget. As someone who hasn't owned a bike in 15 years, I found the process of searching for a bike to be pretty intimidating. Luckily, the staff at Ride Away Bikes was extremely patient and helpful. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and they let me test out several bikes, each time getting closer to what I wanted until we found a bike that was JUST RIGHT. I felt like Goldilocks, for real. I am thrilled about my bike, and most importantly, I feel confident that it was the right pick. So glad I went to Ride Away Bikes!”

“Nadir is amazing! When my wife and I were looking to buy a tandem bike, he took the time to find us whatever options he could — even calling a friend of his to see if they were interested in selling theirs. In the end, he opened an account with a vendor just to sell us the bike we ended up getting. Since then, the service has always been amazing and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back here for any future bike purchases.”

“I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time now. If you have a vintage steel bike in need of some love look no further. Mariposa/ Bicycle Specialties is a family owned shop run by a couple work class cyclists. I have a bike from the late 80’s that was built up with campagnolo components. The bottom bracket, headset and freewheel all needed work. The shop has both used and NOS components that are typically not easily sourced easily or at least quickly. Toronto lucky to have a bike shop that can build beautiful custom bikes, do quality work on vintage bikes and is loaded with history. Thanks!!”

“Scott is without a doubt the most knowledgeable person I have ever encountered when it comes to your body and how it interacts with your bike. you WILL leave his place with a great understanding of how your body works and what to look for when it comes to improvement. I left more comfortable on my bike AND set new speed AND time records in my first two rides after my fit. DO NOT expect a fancy studio or any fancy bells and whistles during your fit, BUT, DO expect true education, an effective fit and knowledge that will help you become a stronger and more effective cyclist!”

“Went there to install a new handlebar and bar tape for my custom build. Reggie greeted me and is honestly super awesome. Had so much knowledge about my bike and made great conversation. Got an email the next day that it was ready for pickup. The work was expertly done. Bar tape was super crisp and the cable work was immaculate. These guys know what they're doing and they are well stocked for everything you need in terms of cycling. No wonder they have been a Scarborough cycling staple. A-1 shop.”

“I was a 2xx retiree looking for exercise after practising a sedentary job. I had not written a bike since my teens. I purchased a 29r, but found the effort on hills too discouraging. After reviewing many electric alternatives, the apparent style and brands of components led me to think that the Bounder was a good choice at a better-than-reasonable price. I test drove some other ebikes costing multiples more, and some costing hundreds more. I’m very happy with my decision. Delivery was as timely as promised. Orientation was complete, friendly and informative. I had to return after puncturing a tire for a replacement tube and help with a couple of (self imposed) service issues, and service was more than satisfactory; it was informative. And a pleasant visit. The Bounder is a strong performer, even through overgrown, wet sled trails. Yet it is comfortable for urban driving and trails, can handle curb drops with the fat tires, and accelerates to keep the path straight at busy intersections. And a whole lot of people comment on its looks, very positively. I am actually impatient for snow. That’s going to be fun. I highly recommend Urban Ebikes.”

“Good service and honest pricing. Bought a handlebar grip tape for $10 and the quality was way way better that one I bought in amazon for $20. They also fixed my chain really quick which I stupidly routed it wrongly. I have been to other bike stores in town but this one is by far the best. The other store told me right away I need a new chain lol.”

“I was really impressed by the quality of the service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and non-judgmental. They also seem authentic and sells you what meets your needs. It is a very refreshing experience after having experienced at least 6 bike shops with many disapointing experiences. I will be back even if the location is out of my way. Thanks for your help!”

“Uncle Jacob's is a great place to visit if you're looking for a wide selection of bikes and fast and effective service. From what I've read, some people on here either aren't willing to have a little patience, don't want to take in second-hand bikes, or are perhaps unhappy with the service. I can't speak for others' experiences, but my time at Uncle Jacob's was efficient, respectful, professional, and it got the job done. Will be coming back!”

“I had a really welcoming experience from the very beginning. I didn't expect to walk out with a brand new moped style ebike at such a sick price!!! I would recommend going to visit, and will be going out of my way for any other bike needs in the future. Also a fun fact: It was an old bank. Thank you John and Curtis ❤️”
