“I’ve had only fantastic experiences with this branch throughout the pandemic (and before that too!). They have excellent measures in place that make me feel safe while still being able to access great reads and other media, and are staffed by lovely and kind people. Thanks for all you do TPL!”

“This location is ok to study but they also need thicker windows to block the sound from outside as last year, I was studying for my final exams and around 11 am, the Santa Clause Parade made noise down Lakeshore Blvd West and it distracted me as there was no way of blocking out the sound. As a result, I failed two of my exams but luckily passed all of them including the ones that I received a failing grade on the exam.”

“I studied here on weekends and occasionally during the week. I find it to have a lot of study space available and a lot of computers to sit down and work from. I appreciate the Starbucks on the second floor. The lattes and blonde roasts are what sustained me when I was working on assignments and studying long hours.”

“My experience from this place is just a walk, but I was interested in the shapes of the building and that's why for me it is in a way a gem of architecture, in other words, it stands out and makes you think that there may be something different and at the same time nice but matching the surroundings.”

“I'm pleased with the care in which the staff requests visitors to wear a mask, adding (at all times). At times giving a gentle reminder to individuals. However, at times I'll see the one who falters and slips through the crack. Over their lip and under their nose. Individuals are spaced out approximately 12 feet apart. Thank for ensuring our safety. Marian”

“One of the better small libraries in Toronto. The library is quiet most of the time and can be a good place for one to study or work. However, make sure to avoid coming here between 3 PM to 5 PM on weekdays since hordes of students from the neighboring Zion Heights Middle School come here to (loudly) play video games.”

“I love this branch. The staff is always friendly, the library is clean and orderly. I love the section where you can just stare at the street resting on one of the chairs. I have been using the branch for nearly 3 years. Recently they misplaced one of my books that was on hold and immediately got in touch with me and corrected the misshap within 3 days or so. I really appreciate the quality of service.”
