Distinctly Patio

We had a great experience with Distinctly Patio, our new set great and we received superb service. The delivery/set-up was very quick and having all the packaging removed is such a blessing. After everything was set-up I realized that we didn’t have the coffee table. I called the drivers, let them know and was told that they would look after it. THEY DID! I was surprised to see them back at our house only a few hours later with the missing piece. Mistakes will happen, it’s how you deal with them that is important. Really have to love distinctly patio great service great setup great prices great customer service. Found the place on the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law and they were right place is amazing and any minor issues we have have with our purchases were quickly and easily fixed. Place is generally very busy which in itself is a good sign.

Kim and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the value and amount of furniture to choose from. We are in the real estate industry and would not hesitate to refer Distinctly Patio to anyone. Highly recommend you go there, we will be back for sure!
