It is definitely worth driving to the south side of K-W to go to this home improvement store. I think their selection is great and a bit less "industrial" looking. I also like their great garden and landscaping selection. I can't tell you how much money I've spent here this Spring.

I was in the store today getting lumber and hardware. Ethan in lumber was very helpful and professional. He filled my lumber order for me making sure all were in good shape and straight. Then he directed me to where i needed to go to get the correct hardware. Overall an excellent experience.

Lots of parking, especially by the contractors entrance. I find their lumber to be straighter than the other big box stores ... so less time sifting through twisted 2x4’s. I also appreciate how they bring their carts inside so you don’t have to park and then drag them in when it’s snowing or raining.

Good location, with expected level of inventory and staff expertise. As with all retail stores like this, staff attitude and knowledge varies; We had great service when we were there, with several staff delaying their break to help us.
